Everywhere I looked there were STAMPS! Continuation of CHA Photo Journal.

If you could find a tread I think it could have been stamps. Fiskars won the product innovation award for the Push and Stamp Factory. Hero Arts had a wonderful make-n-take. At Inque Boutique Stephanie Barnard showed me so many goodies and techniques that I’m sharing with my class. She is truly awesome.

Sssssss HOT! Wendy Vecchi’s stamps were hot, hot, hot! Wow they were even better in person than on the net. Run as fast as you can and get them.

I was able to get into a Tim Holtz class and we went stamping crazy. He even gave us a set of his newly released stamps. Wowzier! Tim is a great teacher.

So Stamps were everywhere. I loved Maya Road’s cupcake stamps, Fiskars Stamps were awesome, Wendy, Tim, Stephanie were not to be topped. Many of the main line paper companies are moving into stamps. I saw some at Prima also. There everywhere.

Everyone is looking for a trend from CHA…maybe it is stamping!?

Look...people were so excited they were calling their friends!

Wendy used the new Studio 490 Stamps on her Design Team examples at Maya Road.

The beauty of Chicago.

My awesome class I took about All Things Adirondack with Tim Holtz.

Tim with two of my new friends. Mary and Elise from Charleston, SC having the best time.
Oh, my goodness, can I say enough kinds things about this woman? She is gifted, talented, an innovative crafter.....she is gentle, kind, soft spoken, humble, and generous. I was honored to have my photo made with Leah Fung.

I've gone through my photos and I happen to have many photos of Angela Daniels, aka Lead Fiskateer and SpiderGirl. LOL I think I'll have to make a slide show from it and show you some of Fiskars, Lil' Davis, Cloud Nine, Heidi Grace, and Kimberly Poloson, and Ink by Steph lines at the next post!
I have more products to show, so stay tuned. I have a little Beau Jardin, Black Market Paper Society, Prima, Mollie and Mac, some cute projects with brads and eyelets and the list goes on. Hopefully, I'll end this CHA madness soon!
Gratitude List:
1. safe travels for my son and his family
2. success for a good Fiska-friend with many hugs
3. rest
4. friends who pray and care
5. God's love that is shown through caring and loving people.

  1. I am so jealous that you were able to attend a Tim Holtz class! How fun that must have been!!! That guy has a very unique line. So, far, I only own his scissors, distress inks and a couple alcohol inks. But I hope to buy a set of his grungeboard in the coming months.

Stamps? I think you could be right. Especially with so many people getting into acrylic stamps, stamping is showing up a lot in scrapbooks.

Wow! Those photos were wonderful. I appreciate things that can be done with stamps, but after stamping for about 5 1/2 minutes I say, "Well that was fun, let's move on". I just haven't gotten the bug. I love to quilt and organize, those are my two passions. Good thing we are all different isn't it? I loved your list of what you were grateful for. Thanks for sharing.
