Now, Too Much Happening!

LOL! I've been so busy I've neglected my Blog a bit. I've been working on an assignment I hope you will enjoy. Once it is up I'll post a link.

Thank you to everyone who helped me out with my audition with Chatterbox. I did not make the call-backs, but it was fun trying. I don't give up easy so I'll continue my journey in the papercrafting world.

I have several fun, secret things happening! Whoo Hoo...I can't wait to tell.

My main focus is getting everything ready for the Craft and Hobby Association Trade Show. God has truly bless me in allowing me to go to CHA. Not only to go, but to take classes, meet friends and make some new ones, and see all the newest crafting products. It was fun, but exhausting in the Winter. I plan on being out of commission for at least a week after I get back. You really go into visual overload while at CHA.

I'll post my July challenge right before I leave for CHA. Of course I'm going to RAK some new goodies from CHA to someone who participates.

Do you like the new look of the blog? I've added my own links to Fiskateers and Fiskars. We lost our blinkies in the change of the Fiskateer site and they have not put new ones up yet, so I made my own. LOL I've also added a link to my resume. I finally created one because finally have a little to put on it.

Scrapbook News:

Everything ---- Everywhere. Sneak Peeks from CHA seems to be the theme of every one's blog and website.

Fiskars posted everything on Scrapbooking.com. Check out the new lines, but the TOOLS are to die for!

Wendy Veechi has been showing sneak peeks of her new stamps on her blog. Link to the right. Delicious.

Tim Holtz is going to post his new stamps up on his blog by this weekend. If you live in California, they go on sale at a stamping show. Check out Tim's blog.

I really like what Clear Scraps is doing with their Clear Albums. Cathy's Art Blog has some sneak peeks and a chance to win some of these goodies.

Go to Two Peas in a Bucket to get sneak peeks from many different companies. Be prepared to be overwhelmed!

I need to remind everyone to check out UnKit. Wow! UnKit is shooting off the charts. Sudie is getting responses from some of the bigs in the industry. UnKit is like a personal shopper. They match up everything for a given month. Post it on their blog. Click on the item you like and it takes you straight to the store to purchase your selections. You only buy what you want. No fear of a kit running out before you have a chance to buy yours. The link to the UnKit blog is to the right. Click click guys!

Oh, Scrap has their July issue out. It is GREAT! A friend of mine is part of the interview about stamps. They did a great job. Link to the right. The online magazine has been made public so you do not have to sign in to see it.

Need to add, not to brag, but to give credit to Paper Crazy. They are in a Summer Challenge at Paper Crazy. So far I've won Challenge #2 with a layout I loved doing. And last week I won Challenge #3 for a mini-book. Remember a few posts back how I was struggling to learn to do these? It's fun that I won for a mini-book. Too cool. It's not too late to get in on all the challenges and be eligible for the last prize which is taken from all the entries.

My baby girl when she was tiny. The paper is Making Memories Animal Crackers and I made my background with Lil' Davis flower stamps. Cool!

This is my Aunt Ruby. I've never done a layout with just her and I feel bad I haven't. She has given so much to our family. Many of our traditions with our Christmas tree focus on some items she made us when our family was young.

Gratitude List:

1. Mom's Boutique, thanks for the clothes!

2. God's grace and stable hand on my Life

3. My Jacob, who brings me much joy.

4. Cool weather (thinking ahead!)

5. God's overwhelming forgiveness in my life.
