Reminisce

I wanted to show off some Reminisce Paper, rub-ons, and stickers. Yes, along with many others I'm giving their Design Team a shot! When I first started scrapbooking Reminisce became one of my favorite paper lines to work with. When I joined my first DT for a local scrapbook store my 2 page layout with Reminisce paper knocked the socks off all the customers. Reminisce has been one of my favorites for years. I'm glad for an opportunity to try out for their Design Team.
This is my Granddaughter trying out hats (she's like her grandmother) for this Halloween. It is funny that the price tag was hanging down but the price did not show up, so I went into Photoshop and added a $ sign so it would not look so blank! LOL The tree and haunted house rub-ons, cardstock sticker (Boo) and the paper lines are all Reminisce. I did use Prism for the journaling.
I wish I could have been able to take a photo that really showed the "stuff" on this desktop piece. The clear pieces are Tim Holtz's Fragments. I fastened them together with a strip of Reminisce on the back. I ran it through the Xyron sticker maker and it hold great. I punched out the leaves and stamped them with Studio 490 stamps. I added a little adhesive and sprinkled antique gold embossing powders. I used Reminisce's Fall line to layer 2 sheets and added a third sheet to frame it out on the back. I used my handy dandy Fiskars boarder punch for the ribbon effect at the bottom. I die cut about 6 or 7 "A" and ran them through the sticker maker and stacked them on top of each other. This is a technique I picked up from one of the magazines and the effect is great. The edges of the fragments are gold leafed. It was a lot of fun working on these projects. Of course anything with my Granddaugther is the tops to me!!

Speaking of which, this is my Granddaughter's very first, by herself scrapbook page. She made it as a surprise to Grandma. It was a big surprise when I saw my Studio. But she can scrap to her heart's content. What is really really cool is that out of the hundreds of stamps I have in my studio....anywhere from cartoon, cuties, vintage, etc. H picked up Wendy Vecchi's Studio 490 stamps (yes they did survive!!). H has the best of taste! LOL

Check the counter, we are getting closer to my 10,000 unique hits goal. Thanks to everyone who visits here.
