What a Week!

Saturday to Saturday has been one of the fullest weeks I've had in a long time.

Today I will start with the "Christmas in July, Toys for Tots, Charity Crop."

Last Saturday the sounds, sights and smells of Christmas was through out the Watershed in Lexington, South Carolina. Each croppers came in with such generousity and love. Everyone brought one gift for the Toys for Tots Marine program, but many brought up to 9 and 10 toys. 9 basketballs and footballs took me by surprise. Everyone's gift was so special and had such a fun story of how they went to pick it out. Ms. Leslie brought one very special straight to my heart gift. She made a child's quilt. Unbelievable.

This small group of women brought a total of 82 gifts of love for children in need. It was beautiful.

Linda has such a heart for everyone there that she gathered birth dates and we celebrated three birthdays during the crop. Ooo, the cake was good. Thank you Linda.

A Big Thanks to Glitz Design for their donation of the door prizes. I just saw their new designs and they are to die for. The ladies loved the bling, DVD and more. While you are at Glitz Design check out the new Oliva collection. You are going to see that in a kit for Debby's Dare new venture coming very very soon.
