Christmas Blocks

I've been taking a little ME time and visiting other blogs for inspiration and definitely admiration. Right now Hero Arts is having a Blog Hop that is incredible. I would certainly suggest you hop to as many blogs as you can. Start at Hero Arts and enjoy the release of their new Hero Arts catalog!

Another fun spot I visit is Ali Edwards blog. A few posts back she had pulled out some building blocks to make a piece a cut home decor. I have some small blocks so away I go at painting, spritzing and gluing. Mine does not even resemble her blocks. But the inspiration was from Ali none-the-less.

Ingredients
blocks
Distress Crackle Paint
Core'dinations Black Magic
Cuttlebug and their embossing folders
Grungeboard, plain and letters
Heidi Grace stamps
Rock Candy Stickles
Alcohol ink
Prima flowers
REAL peppermint chips (sealed and tops with stickles)
Fragments, tags
number charms

This finishes my fireplace mantel. I just need to add the stockings and I'll get a photo.
