TFS these beautiful stamps Debby! I signed up as an Artful Legacy follower and for the emails - so give me 2 chances please : )

Send your snail mail to debbysdare@gmail.com.

When Artful Legacy reaches 100 followers I will giveaway the clock stamp.

Here’s a Dare Ya where you will win no matter what. I have a special relationship with KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). My husband is employed by a KFC franchise. If you have seen the national advertisement you might have seen that they have changed up their Buckets.

For a limited time when you purchase a bucket of chicken it comes in this cute pink bucket. It is their campaign KFC’s Buckets for the Cure. For every bucket sold KFC donates 50 cents to Susan G. Komen for a Cure for Breast Cancer.

The goal of KFC is to “Help Make The Largest Single Donation To End Breast Cancer Forever!” Their goal is 8.5 million dollars. You can check out the current amount raised and add your story at KFC’s Buckets for the Cure.

The bucket itself is really cool. It has the names of employees of KFC that have either survived breast cancer or has lost someone in their family to breast cancer. That is some cool memory keeping and inspiration.

I had a friend tell me this week she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. My heart is broken because of the struggle ahead.  She always has a great attitude no matter the circumstances. I do this Dare Ya for you sweetie.

DARE YA!
Send me a picture of you with the KFC pink bucket. At the end of the month I’m drawing three photos to send these special pins. Send to debbysdare@gmail.com. Let me know if I can post your photo and pink bucket on Debby’s Dare.

Gratitude List
1. KFC’s heart
2. my friend
3. Aunt Pat who survived breast cancer
4. Aunt Evelyn who did not
5. God of comfort, love, and strength

    Congratulations Donna!!!

Great dare idea for a great cause Debby :)

... we recently had a "sea of pink" at a big Aussie Rules football match, everyone wore pink and made the shape of a pink lady in the middle of the footy ground.

  3. I don't get out much as I am mom's only care giver. The Colonel doesn't deliver, so I won't have a bucket of my own. However, I wish your friend all the best with her battle. And I hopw KFC is successful with their campaign.
