I would love to spend some time this week sharing with you my adventures to Chicago and the Craft and Hobby Association Trade Show along with a glimpse of Fellowship of Scrapbookers Charity Crop.

Let's start with CHA Trade Show.  Here is my Tuesday, the opening day of CHA!

It's me on opening day.  We were able to get in early (first time) in order to meet with American Crafts Malarieand Mike, both awesome people who helped me place a cardstock order with them.  I can't wait for you to see all 90 colors.  You know I was going to wear a hat at least one day.

My partner in crime!  Ruth was so much fun to be with through out CHA.  She certainly was my compass and kept me on the right track according to my vision and mission of heART of Scrapbooking.  Oh, the soda was compliments of American Craft!

Me and Amy Coon of The Paper Life.  Amy and I have become somewhat of Internet friends but we have never met.  I was so happy to finally see and talk to her in person.  She was everywhere interviewing and recording the sights, sounds, and info of all things delish at CHA.

I have one photo of me and Tim Holtz that was taken 3 years ago, so I figured it was time for an update!  LOL  His incredible talent has been a great inspiration for my art for a long while.

Me and Wendy Jo Avey from the famed Fiskateers.  Wendy Jo and I really was able to visit.  She was the one along with Carrie formally of Brains on Fire that presented to me the Fiskateer of the Year award.  Wendy Jo has certainly impacted my life greatly and hope to remain friends through the years.

Me with Project Runway personality Suede!
He created these dresses especially for the trade show using one of the many electronic die cut machines.  He was very proud of the circles on this dress.  All the dresses are incredible.  She the inspiration slide show below for a peek of the dresses.

One thing I can positively say about the Craft and Hobby Trade Show is that there was no lack of inspiration.  It was overwhelming to take it all in.

Here's just a drop in the bucket of what creativity was abounding at the Trade Show.
