Winner!

I was a winner!  No I did not win "something," but I did win a beautiful time in my studio making Tim Holtz's 12 Tags of Christmas.  My family gave me "space," my husband inspected every night, and I posted them each day to the Fiskateers gallery.  It was like an event in and of itself.

Looking at my tags you would think I have too much product...well, we won't go there.  Truly I did a lot of hand cutting.  Two of the tags have baubles on the ribbon and I put a pair of old costume earrings!  I didn't have the ribbon Tim used, but you can do the same on some silk ribbon and then heat it with a heat gun and it will curl up!  I saw one Fiskateer use snaps in the place of brads and washers.  Tami Bayer did ATC cards and another Fiskateer made Christmas cards out of each one.  I saw so many on Facebook it was hard not to be INSPIRED!

I hope you will join in the fun next year OR Tim archives them each year and you can go back anytime to make your style of Tim's Tags.

Here are mine...
