Epiphany Craft Tools, Not Just for Scrapbookers!

Yikes!  I'm a day late on my blog post.  Life has been full of making memories for the last 10 days.

I want to share three fun projects I did for Epiphany Crafts' Shape Tool.

Are You Ready for the 4th of July?

I made this pin to wear for our 4th of July celebration.  The center is my custom epoxy sticker.  I found a scrap of paper with a sheet music print and stamped it with Tim Holtz's stamp.  I centered it in the Shape Tool, placed my cap on, and punched!  My own, nobody-has-one-like-me, center.

Fun Making Jewelry

The beaded part of the necklace was made by my daughter-in-law from her Grandmother's bead from her necklace.  I added the custom pendent.  First layer is Epiphany Crafts Felt Flowers.  Second layer is a bottle cap that I flattened.  The third layer is my custom shape.  I used Graphic 45.  It's actually two layers.  I cut out the image of the woman and adhered it to the word paper.  I placed it in the shape tool and centered it.  Note:  because this is layered I just did not place the cap into the tool.  I placed it there and pressed around where the layer is at.  Then I punched out my custom center to my necklace!

Quick Cutie
I used Epiphany Crafts charms to put together a quick key chain.  The chain and  jump rings are from Tim Holtz Ideology.  I found my design, centered what I wanted to cut, popped in my cap, and punched my charm center.  I just placed my custom cap into my charm.  I attached it to my chain.  I want to make a mother's bracelet using their charms.  Very cool stuff.

Epiphany Crafts has tools for round (2 sizes), heart (2 sizes), oval, square, button round (2 sizes), button heart, button flower.  Can you imagine what you can do?  I can.  I have 5 of the tools but I'm shooting to get the oval and square soon.

I created this post while on the Epiphany Crafts Design Team.
All the epoxy pieces are adhered using my favorite adhesive, Glue Dots® Adhesives, Permanent.

My weekend is going to be full of craftiness and housework.  Oh, what a balancing act I have.  A crafter has to do what a crafter has to do!

Have a Crafty Weekend!

  7. The necklace is so pretty! I do love the idea that no one else has a pin, necklace or key chain like you do. That is one of the great parts of crafting...one-of a kind projects.

  8. A tool is a equipment that can be used to reach a goal, especially if the item is not consumed in the process. I am Really impressed by your outstanding post on here! thanks.
