"All Girl" Mixed Media Scrapbooking

I'm down to the next to the last page.  It has been so much fun I've been tempted to purchase another record album-album to alter!

The next challenge was to use scraps and stamp, stamp, stamp.  At this point it was getting to hard to stamp directly onto the record album sleeve.  I decided to pull out my blank ATC cards and stamp on them and adhere them to the album sleeve.  Then have a bit of fun embellishing and stamping on top that the base card.

Main Ingredients:  ATC cards; Inkadinkdoo Carousel stamp; Tim Holtz Distress Stains and Inks; Ranger Embossing Ink and Clear Embossing Powder; Other Ingredients: Fiskars Humming Bird squeeze punch; Making Memories tiny alphas; Tim Holtz Idea-ology, number, spinner, small gears, paper tape, and words; Fiskars Asian Inspired and Midnight Kisses stamps; Bo Bunny Serenity; K&Co. letters; Tim Holtz music score stamp.

To get the base I just stamped the carousel horse on the each ATC card and embossed with clear embossing powder.  I went back over each one with a different color Distress Ink.  I wiped the ink off the embossed image.  I layered the cards between newspaper and ironed them to melt down the embossing powders.  I really love the detailed image that came through.

I tried to all the little embellishment or word that created a positive and encouraging word back to my granddaughter.

I started on the right and added the ATC cards to the album sleeves, layered a piece of Bo Bunny Serenity on the far left, and added an accent of Tim Hotlz paper tape to bring the two elements together.

Another page I had a grand time doing.
