Last year Little, my granddaughter, was too cute as Minnie Mouse. This year she is adorable as Elmo, girl style. Believe it or not they have a little girl's Elmo costume. The funniest part of the costume is the head piece. The eyes of Elmo seem to hold a unique expression that matches the wearer. LOL
I am determined to use ALL my newest Halloween collection, so you will probably see a few more layouts this week. I have so much Halloween products from years past I don't want to add to the growing collection.
I have so many photos from Boo at the Zoo of Little that I could create a whole album. Instead, I chose the ones that tell the story of Little at her first Boo at the Zoo and did a multi-photo layout.
Ingredients: Graphic 45 Happy Hauntings Halloween paper; Prism cardstock; Martha Stewart fine glitter onyx, American Crafts Thickers letters and accordion folded flower; Prima rhinestones; Tim Holtz Distress Ink vintage photo; Dymo Label Maker; Maya Road mist, vintage button
I love cutting out Graphic 45's art pieces to make embellishments. I use my Fiskars Micro-tip, squeeze scissors and X-ACTO's z-Series knife. The combo of the two makes it so easy.
I added a bit to the crows with Martha Stewart fine glitter. The fine glitter allowed me to keep the details of the birds...the eyes and beaks.
The flower was left over from a previous projects so I just spritzed it with Maya Mist to match the theme and added a vintage button.
I just had to add a few more pumpkins as Little loves to count pumpkins.
Don't they both look like they saw something amazing! LOL
