Looking Back ... Moving Forward

I just finished looking through my blog for 2012.  I am amazed with the blessings God has given to our family this year.
Little Sprout
Adam and Vanessa's first little one.

Little Bean
Little's first Sister

A Miracle!
December 21st, after a 6 month fight for his life, my husband's nephew came home.  From the prayer/support group on Facebook ... "MY BROTHER IS COMING HOME TODAY! SUCH A GREAT DAY AND TO GOD BE THE GLORY AND PRAISE FOR IT ALL! MUCH LOVE AND A HEARTFUL OF THANKS TO ALL OF YOU THAT PRAYED AND CONTINUE TO PRAY SO HARD FOR MY FAMILY---WE WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU!!!!  P.S. EDDIE IS LEAVING THE NURSING/REHAB CENTER TODAY WITH BELLS ON---LITERALLY! :)"

I've also tried to pick out 12 projects that I ended up really liking for one reason or another.  Here is one project a month I consider my favorites.

January...just for the twinkle in Little's eyes for Santa!

February .. collaborative project with my daughter.

March ...my favorite tutorial about using your tools creativity.  Fiskars Jenni Bowlin Banner Punch

April...discovering She Art!!!

May...my favorite lift

June...altered record album in honor of my oldest granddaughter.

July...the month of the baby shower.  I loved creating the decor for the baby shower.

August...Little started school and I made this from a Graphic 45 tutorial the night before for the teacher.

September...I loved the creative way I used the fuzzy photos for the banner.

October...I spent a lot of my October helping my daughter decorate the Little Bean's room.

November...from the photo, to the Graphic 45 paper ... I just love this.  FYI:  it's currently on Scrapbook Awards for the newest challenge/contest.  I would love a VOTE.  No signing in or up...just a click to vote...Scrapbook Awards

December...I won the design catorgoy for "Babies"  at Scrapbook Awards.  I love this layout not only for the pretty little girl that is the focus, but I love the ticket photos in the design.

Now it's time to move forward.  I haven't picked out my "One Little Word."  I've been throwing around some words that basically challenge me to move forward in my paper art.  We'll see.  I have a few more days.

I'm finishing up my December Daily.  I have to finish my One Little Word book from 2012 before 2012 is over.  I really want to be able to "close the door" on several of my projects so I can move forward to continue to challenge myself and hopefully leave a bit of inspiration for you for 2013.

Have a Crafty last 2012 Weekend!
