I Can Dance. Oops, That's Scrapbook!

I have some of the most marvelous photos of my grandchildren.  I think I'll be scrapping forever!  For me it is like reliving memories of the most beautiful grandchildren.  Creating a layout is like dancing lightly on air.

Here is a photo of Little with her friend at an Easter Egg hunt.  When these too get together the cuteness meter can't hold it all.

Let's Break It Down
Graphic 45's Secret Garden.  One of my favorite books and with the most incredible artist/designer.  This is a layout loosely based on a sketch by Graphic 45.  You can sign up for their emails and I generally get a layout project sheet and card project sheet every month.  I've received tutorials as well.  I love it.  Right in my inbox.

Hand cutting is one of the most relaxing activities for me.  The lower left corner is all hand cut, even to the tiniest flower.

The crochet border was made by my mom.  Every few years she makes up some fun crochet pieces for me to use.  Hey, Mom...it's that time again.

Patter Cross from Triple the Scraps sent me a goody package with Blue Fern Studio chipboard.  The butterflies and lilies are perfect for this layout.  They butterflies are cut in such a way you can take some pieces out or leave them in to create a unique butterfly.

The key is from my one of my favorite artists and  product designer, Tim Holtz

I hope you "dance" while you create!

Have a Crafty Day!
