I have so many Christmas photos that did not go in the December Daily albums (yes, plural) because I wanted to create 12 x 12 layouts of them. I may be busy all year.
The layout is based on Blue Fern Studios December Sketch challenge.
This is Little with Elf on the Shelf. I know you are not suppose to touch them but when Little loves she wants to hug.
Notables
The snowflakes, side boarder, and top right hanging snowflake are all chipboard from Blue Fern Studios. They are so easy to paint, ink, emboss, etc. The large doily is from Bo Bunny and I love it. It is perfect for a "circle" element with a bit of a lacy look. The paper is from Prima's winter collection. Beautiful vintage style.
The banner was so much fun to make. I was inspired by a tag from a design team member of Maya Road.
How many layouts/albums do you think you will create from the holiday season?
Creative Jump Start
Last year I participated in a month long class with Nathalie Kalbach from N'Studio. It is a mixed media series of classes from some great, creative artists. You can learn more here ... Creative Jump Start. I learned a lot of creative techniques for my layouts, art journaling books, canvases and more. It's only $20.00 for 23 videos. That is a steal. I plan on being there. I hope to see you on the forum.
