Follow Your Bliss with Blue Fern Studios

I continue to fall in love, creatively, with Blue Fern Studios chipboard and paper lines.  If you haven't tried their papers and you like to do a bit of mixed media, it is perfect.  I can not begin to extol all it's virtues, but is best if you  see for yourself.  Here is the link to where Blue Fern Studios products are sold .... This is my answer to BFS's October sketch challenge using their paper collection and chipboard.

Follow Your Bliss

I used Blue Fern Studios chipboard Wild Flourish Frame to feature LS's most expressive face.  She always brings a smile to my face with her beautiful expressions.

Blue Fern Studios chipboard bird, brick used as a stencil, and paper line Blue Fern Garden.

Martha Stewart gesso, topped with Faber-Castell gelatos on the vine and Tim Holtz Tattered Rose Distress Ink on the flowers and frame.  Covered with Ranger's embossing ink and clear embossing powders and heated.
Blue Fern Studios bird, painted with Ranger Picket Fence Paint Dabber.  Covered and heated with Ranger's embossing powder.  Blue Fern Studios brick chipboard taped with paper tape and inked with Tim Holtz Victorian Velvet.  Tim Holtz idea-ology metal bird with a sunset orange alcohol ink.  Stamped with Inkadinkado stamp and Tim Holtz Distress Ink spiced marmalade.
Prima flowers and button.
Touch of silver ribbon.
