What Do You Do With The Ballet Shoes?

I have three budding ballerinas and they go through the shoes.  I would be hard pressed to keep them all for memory sake.
Some I pass on, but a few I wanted to keep and alter.

Here is my first attempt.  I like how they turned out.

Lace, ribbon and beaded trim are from Hobby Lobby.  Buttons from Tim Holtz.
Butterfly from Blue Fern Studios
 Roses from Recollection.
Paper for sole, title "Learn to fly" and butterflies from Graphic 45.
Other
Adhesive:  E6000
Pen: Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust
Ink:  Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink
Ranger Gold embossing powder
Tim Holtz Spun Sugar Distress Paint

I am nearly finished with the second pair of shoes and can't wait to get started on number 3.

In the meanwhile....get crafty with it and try something new!
