A cool Autumn layout from Bo Bunny's Enchanted Harvest collection is helping me beat the heat of the "Dog Days" of August here in South Carolina. I am longing for Autumn and cooler days so what's better than dreaming of a beautiful Autumn day in the pumpkin patch. The photo is of Little's first pumpkin picking.
autumn splendor
Notables
Bo Bunny Enchanted Harvest Collection
Prima Flowers, button
Basic Grey chipboard pumpkin
Tim Holtz chitchat, Distress Ink Vintage Photo, Rock Candy Crackle Paint
Ranger's Glossy Accents
Twinklets Diamond Dust
Mark Richards Peel Off's (the gold leaves and butterflies on the flowers)
Webster's Pages Storytellers letters
Painted the chipboard pumpkin. Dried. Added Tim Holtz Distress Clear Rock Candy Crackle Paint. Rubbed in a bit of Vintage Photo ink after drying. Note: until you see some crackling taking place do not use your heating tool to speed up the process.
Fussy cut the butterflies and fairies.
I added Diamond Dust to the wings of the fairies with a thin layer of Ranger's Glossy Accent. I added a small dusting of fine glitter onto the butterfly wings.
It was only a dream. For the last two days it has been "real feel" of nearly 100° Fahrenheit with high humidity. I have my dream. LOL
