Taking a few Days of a Blog Break

But I leave you with this. This reminder notice is from Ken Futch author of "Turning Situations into Opportunities."
"This is a true story about my infamous shooting accident. If you have ever done something stupid or know someone who has, please link them here. It is guaranteed to lift their spirits by showing them that even their mistake pales in comparison. Believe it or not, sometimes even stupidity can be rewarding. In my case, what began as a tragedy ended as a destiny.

Remember opportunities are endless, but the time you have to redeem yourself is limited."

Ken Futch...Too Too Funny!

The Party's Over .. Last entry for CHA

I wanted to add one last entry as a odds/ends or just plain fun we had. Everything and Everyone was great at CHA! I have to say we stayed at Quality Inn 5 miles away. I was not looking forward to that. But they provided shuttle service 24 hours a day. They were prompt, helpful, carried our heavy luggage...even the last day of CHA..., I would call late after a reception or social and our chariot was awaiting. 5 Thumbs up for the staff at Quality Inn in Elk Grove!

You know, I can remember the name of the company...if you know post it in comments and I'll update the blog. But all these items are decorated with decorative packing tape. I am so not kidding. It was wonderful to see and to watch as they easily decorated any thing in just minutes. Very cool.
Quick Quotes is one of my favorite classes to take at CKC. So I could not help but to go to their booth and enjoy visiting.
Folks, eyelets and brads are still in.

Everywhere I looked there were STAMPS! Continuation of CHA Photo Journal.

If you could find a tread I think it could have been stamps.Fiskars won the product innovation award for the Push and Stamp Factory. Hero Arts had a wonderful make-n-take. At Inque Boutique Stephanie Barnard showed me so many goodies and techniques that I’m sharing with my class. She is truly awesome.

Sssssss HOT! Wendy Vecchi’s stamps were hot, hot, hot! Wow they were even better in person than on the net. Run as fast as you can and get them.

I was able to get into a Tim Holtz class and we went stamping crazy. He even gave us a set of his newly released stamps. Wowzier! Tim is a great teacher.

So Stamps were everywhere. I loved Maya Road’s cupcake stamps, Fiskars Stamps were awesome, Wendy, Tim, Stephanie were not to be topped. Many of the main line paper companies are moving into stamps. I saw some at Prima also. There everywhere.

Everyone is looking for a trend from CHA…maybe it is stamping!?
